Here are some helpful steps and questions to guide your Data Walk:

  • Encourage participants to pair with someone they don’t know to foster new connections.
  • Prepare discussion questions, such as:
    • What does this data tell you about the topic?
    • What bright spots or areas of concern do you see in the data?
    • What further information would be helpful?
    • What solutions can address the issues raised?
  • Use visual aids, such as graphs and charts, to highlight key insights.
  • Ensure all participants have access to relevant data and materials beforehand.
